Problem: I prefer to keep my audio workstation offline, and use a different computer for internet access. How can I authorize a plug-in on my audio system? Solution: Many customers choose to keep their audio workstations offline, and iZotope has included a simple offline authorization option to authorize plug-ins on these systems. When you install and run an unauthorized plug-in demo, it should offer to authorize "online" if connected to the internet or "offline" if you are not connected to the internet. Please choose the "offline" option. It is provided to help you authorize the plug-in on a system with no internet access. Once you choose this option, you will be given a challenge code to bring over to any other internet-ready system. Please make a copy of this code. Now, using a system with internet access, login to your customer account at the iZotope website. Enter the "Activate Software" menu, and select the "Challenge/Response" option appearing for your plug-in license. This will allow you to exchange your challenge code for a valid response code, which you can then bring back to your audio system to complete the authorization process.
