License Transfer
If you purchased iDrum or pHATmatik PRO in the past, your license fully transfers to iZotope. This includes access to support and new patches.

Authorizing iDrum
To authorize iDrum with us, you'll need an iZotope customer account with your iDrum license in it. We've created accounts and licenses automatically for many iDrum customers, but if we missed you there's also a way you can create one manually.

To see if you already have an account, go to our password page and enter the email address you originally used to authorize iDrum. If the email address is not found in our records, you can create a new account manually, using your Glaresoft serial number (1234-ABCD-EFGH-1234).

The iZotope license may not authorize older versions of iDrum, so please download and authorize the latest iDrum Download from our website.

Authorizing pHATmatik PRO
To authorize the iZotope release of pHATmatik PRO, you'll need an iZotope customer account with your pHATmatik PRO license in it. We've created accounts and licenses automatically for many customers, but if we missed you there's also a way you can create one manually.

To see if you already have an account, go to our password page and enter the email address you originally used to purchase pHATmatik PRO. If the email address is not found in our records or the license is not in your account, you can create a new account manually and add the license, using your original pHATmatik PRO serial number (PMP1.1-ABCD-ABCD-ABCD).

The iZotope license will not authorize older versions of pHATmatik PRO, so please download and authorize the latest pHATmatik PRO Download from our website.

MyiDrum Account
All iDrum user accounts were imported into iZotope's system. We had to reset all of the passwords, so you need to visit our forgot password link to get your new one. Just enter the email address you used to register or contact Customer Service if your email address changed.

Extra Free Content (loops, kits, and more)
There are extra audio loops for pHATmatik PRO and extra skins & kits for iDrum available in your iZotope account. After logging in, click on "iDrum" or "pHATmatik" on the left. Check the above notes on how to setup your account and authorize.
