Web and Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative, in-house graphic designer to design, implement and maintain web pages, newsletters, and related online collateral. iZotope's products range from simple and elegant iPhone apps to complex industry-leading professional audio hardware. Candidates with an understanding of the tools used in audio production will be favored.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement new web pages
• Maintain and improve current web site
• Design and layout monthly newsletter
• Create web banners, images and online ads
• Testing of website compatibility across browsers, operating systems and devices

Requirements will include:

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe CS applications including Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash
• Fluent with HTML, CSS and related technologies
• JavaScript experience
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• +2 to 5 years experience in related work

Preset Designer

We are seeking audio professionals to make presets for future products and product updates. Preference will be given to individuals with clearly demonstrated audio experience in one or more field who provide exceptional examples of their work.

iZotope products often feature many audio modules working together in harmony and so our presets are a crucial feature. Presets give both novice and advanced users starting points for using our applications and for learning about how to use sometimes complex tools. Some iZotope products now feature MacroPresets which let users vary the sound of the preset to fit their taste. Preset designers will not only make simple “snapshot-style" presets but also these more complex MacroPresets, which involve usefully grouping parameters into custom controls, setting ranges for controls, and writing short descriptions and labels that help the end user get the intended results. Preset designers will also help test their presets in the final version of the product, and will provide audio examples to help iZotope evaluate their work.

Preset design is a paid, work-for-hire contract position. Normally, this contract will last for approximately two weeks to one month around the launch of a product.

Pro Audio Marketing Manager

We are seeking an exceptionally creative, highly-motivated, self-directed individual who enjoys working with high level goals to design and implement worldwide marketing strategies for retail products. iZotope’s products range from professional audio hardware used on high-profile TV broadcasts to consumer music iPhone apps, so we need someone just as diverse. Candidates must have extensive marketing background within the music and professional audio industries and have the ability to both manage a team and work on low-level details.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement marketing plans for new products, including the creation of all collateral, product packaging, website pages, channel marketing, etc.
• Manage a small team including a graphic designer and marketing communications associate
• Support current product sales through lead generation and other marketing activities such as newsletters targeted at end users and our reseller networks
• Website content development and maintenance
• Manage artist and press relations
• Manage tradeshows and other events
• Working with sales team to optimize online direct sales
• Manage advertising opportunities and social network outreach
• Generate, negotiate and implement promotional and sponsorship opportunities
• Development of educational materials for resellers and universities
• Develop and track yearly marketing calendar and budget

Requirements will include:

• BA in marketing or other business related field
• 5+ years professional experience in pro audio marketing
• International marketing experience preferred
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Domestic and international travel required (mainly for trade shows)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.  Experience with graphic design and HTML
